Aire de Monte is a sauna complex and hotel surrounded by forest in Nàquera, near Valencia. Guests travel here from all across Spain for a complete sauna retreat experience: the property features two separate saunas, cold plunge pools, a swimming pool, and an eco-hotel designed for peaceful recovery away from the rush of everyday life. Each sauna is an independent space with its own rhythm and atmosphere. All You Need Is Your Swimwear

Everything you need for the sauna is already prepared: bathrobes, towels, sauna hats and slippers, along with our signature herbal tea and a welcome table with fruit, dried fruit and honey. Every Aire de Monte program is designed as a thoughtful journey and includes the work of a Steam Master and time to relax in a private atmosphere. You can complement the evening with dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel. The entire complex is designed so that guests can fully disconnect from everyday life and spend time surrounded by warmth, nature and deep relaxation.
