Aire de Monte offers individual, group and signature steam treatments. Individual treatments are for one guest, group treatments are designed for a couple or group, and signature treatments follow the personal technique of the chosen Steam Master.

When are community, men's and women's days held?

Community Days are held on Mondays and Tuesdays, and Men's Days on Thursdays and Fridays. A Women's Day can be arranged on request and by prior agreement in the chat.

Sauna use has contraindications. If you have a chronic condition, are pregnant or have other health restrictions, consult a doctor in advance and inform the administrator. Aire de Monte does not provide medical services.
