Rental Conditions
- Booking confirmation for the sauna is made after a prepayment of 100 euros. - If the number of guests exceeds the booking, an additional fee will be charged. The amount is clarified with the administrator. - Children under 10 (accompanied by adults) stay free of charge for up to three children. Each additional child is paid separately. - In case of late arrival, the rental time is not adjusted or extended. - In case of cancellation, the sauna administration must be informed in advance. - Cancellations made less than 3 days before the visit are non-refundable. - Changes of time, sauna, or date are possible only at least 3 days before the rental start. - Refunds are made to the same payment card used for the prepayment.
Sauna Complex Visiting Rules
- It is forbidden to bring personal staff or equipment (oils, scrubs, or other products used during steaming). - The complex reserves the right to refuse service in case of alcohol or drug intoxication. - Intimate behavior in the sauna is prohibited. - Pets are not allowed. - Insulting staff or inappropriate behavior is prohibited. - Damaging property is prohibited. - Staying more than 15 minutes over paid time automatically adds an extra hour to the bill. - The administration is not responsible for unattended valuables; please take care of your belongings. *In case of violation, the administration reserves the right to terminate services and revoke future access without compensation.
Accommodation Rules for Apartments
- Check-in: from 14:00 - Check-out: until 12:00 - Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request - Kitchen: guests may bring food. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. - Smoking: not allowed inside rooms; designated outdoor areas are available. - Pets: not allowed under any circumstances. - Quiet hours: 23:00 to 08:00. - Pool & territory hours: 10:00 to 18:00 (may vary depending on sauna reservations). - Shower before entering the pool is required. - No jumping into the pool or running on wet surfaces. - Children must be supervised at all times near the pool.
Important Information
- You are renting hotel rooms. Common areas are shared with other guests. - For full privacy, separate villa or private territory rental options are available. - Please report any damage or issues immediately. - Handle furniture and equipment with care. - The administration is not responsible for lost personal belongings but will assist in finding them if possible.
