What is a ritual sauna?
A ritual sauna is a sauna program led by a master sauna practitioner with a clear sequence of stages: 1) warming up 2) steam bathing with the master 3) SPA treatments The program is tailored to the guest’s condition and is not a standard ‘one-size-fits-all’ procedure.
How is a ritual sauna different from a regular sauna?
In a ritual sauna: - there is no rush or fixed ‘same timing for everyone’ - attention is focused on the guest’s well-being - steam bathing and SPA are guided by a steam master - the process is structured as a restorative ritual rather than entertainment
How long does a sauna program last?
The duration depends on the selected format and the guest’s needs. On average, it lasts from 3 to 5 hours. The exact time is confirmed upon booking.
How many people can be in the sauna at the same time?
The format is tailored individually: - programs for one person (sauna club) - for couples - for small or large groups The number of guests depends on the selected sauna and ritual.
Can I come without sauna experience?
Yes. There are gentle programs for beginners with no extreme heat or stress. The steam master adjusts the process to the guest’s comfort level.
Are there any contraindications?
As with any sauna procedure, contraindications exist. If you have chronic conditions or health limitations, please inform us in advance — the program will be adjusted or an alternative will be offered.
Is there a plunge pool or swimming pool?
Yes. Aire de Monte has an eco-hotel on the premises where guests can stay overnight after the sauna program and continue their relaxation without rushing.
Is Aire de Monte suitable for couples?
Yes. There are programs for couples and private shared experiences. The format is ideal for calm and intimate time together.
Can I come with children?
Yes, there is a small children's area on the premises.
Where is Aire de Monte located?
The complex is located in Náquera (Valencia, Spain), in a natural area near the forest. The easiest way to get there is by car from Valencia.
What should I bring? What is included?
Only swimwear is required. ALWAYS INCLUDED in all cases: - Welcome table (fruits, dried fruits, honey, and lemon) - Herbal tea - Homemade lemonade - All sauna essentials provided (hats, slippers, bathrobes, towels)
How do I book?
Booking is made in advance, as the number of daily programs is limited. The format, duration, and available dates are arranged through the administrator.

Rules and Conditions
Rental Conditions
- Booking confirmation for the sauna is made after a prepayment of 100 euros. - If the number of guests exceeds the booking, an additional fee will be charged. The amount is clarified with the administrator. - Children under 10 (accompanied by adults) stay free of charge for up to three children. Each additional child is paid separately. - In case of late arrival, the rental time is not adjusted or extended. - In case of cancellation, the sauna administration must be informed in advance. - Cancellations made less than 3 days before the visit are non-refundable. - Changes of time, sauna, or date are possible only at least 3 days before the rental start. - Refunds are made to the same payment card used for the prepayment.
Sauna Complex Visiting Rules
- It is forbidden to bring personal staff or equipment (oils, scrubs, or other products used during steaming). - The complex reserves the right to refuse service in case of alcohol or drug intoxication. - Intimate behavior in the sauna is prohibited. - Pets are not allowed. - Insulting staff or inappropriate behavior is prohibited. - Damaging property is prohibited. - Staying more than 15 minutes over paid time automatically adds an extra hour to the bill. - The administration is not responsible for unattended valuables; please take care of your belongings. *In case of violation, the administration reserves the right to terminate services and revoke future access without compensation.
Accommodation Rules for Apartments
- Check-in: from 14:00 - Check-out: until 12:00 - Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request - Kitchen: guests may bring food. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. - Smoking: not allowed inside rooms; designated outdoor areas are available. - Pets: not allowed under any circumstances. - Quiet hours: 23:00 to 08:00. - Pool & territory hours: 10:00 to 18:00 (may vary depending on sauna reservations). - Shower before entering the pool is required. - No jumping into the pool or running on wet surfaces. - Children must be supervised at all times near the pool.

Common areas are shared with other guests. - For full privacy, separate villa or private territory rental options are available. - Please report any damage or issues immediately. - Handle furniture and equipment with care. - The administration is not responsible for lost personal belongings but will assist in finding them if possible.
